Assist the Décor Operations Manager in day-to-day planning and execution of décor projects. Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, florists, and suppliers for timely delivery and setup. Prepare checklists, production schedules, and material requirement sheets. Manage décor logistics – transport, inventory, and on-site material movement. Supervise on-ground décor installation & dismantling along with production teams. Ensure décor is executed as per approved layouts, designs, and client requirements. Monitor quality control for props, floral work, draping, and overall finishing. Handle permissions, safety checks, and venue compliance during setups. Support in manpower allocation, rostering, and labor coordination. Troubleshoot last-minute challenges during events and ensure quick resolutions. Maintain records of décor inventory, vendor performance, and event reports.
